Error appears when there is no room available with immediate confirmation. Reservation should be cancelled in Backoffice of Kuoni since only the status 'OK' is valid in order to confirm a booking.

[CRS] - UNABLE TO BOOK [CRS] No Details Available [CRS]

Excerpt from TRAVCO documentation: When PENDING/ON-REQUEST bookings are blocked from your XML account, it is very important that your system is programmed to understand the booking response when a booking cannot be instantly confirmed. In these situations, when a booking request has been submitted to Travco but it cannot be instantly confirmed and pending bookings are not accepted, the system will block the booking. In the XML response that you receive back from Travco, the STATUS element will have a value of =‘C’ and a message will state ‘UNABLE TO BOOK’. It is important that your system recognises that this was a failed booking and it is not confirmed. The search and booking process may be re-tried from your-side but you must not consider that the booking was successful. When a successful booking is made, the STATUS element will always have a value of =‘B’.

No Details Available Could not get booking Xml from Travco. Cancel failed.

This is a follow up to the [CRS] - UNABLE TO BOOK [CRS] No Details Available [CRS] error. It means that BOOKING GUARD is trying to cancel the PNR but there is no PNR to cancel since the book didn't succeed.

HOTELBEDS

This type of error usually means that during the MultiAvail on HotelList page the hotel was available but when trying to book on HotelBook page (SingleAvail) the hotel was checked again for availability and another person booked in the meantime this hotel room so there is no more space available. This can also happen when the same room type with the same occupancy is requested separately.

[CRS] Beim Hinzufuegen des Services zum Warenkorb ist ein Fehler aufgetreten [CRS]

This is an excerpt from an email from Hotelbeds Support: "This error sometimes happens with external contracts. We have stored the contract in our cache but when you proceed to add this contract to the basket is when the petition is sent directly to the hotel. If they have refreshed that contract in the last hours and we didn't scan it yet, we show the old contract that is no more available for the hotel and the response is the one received by you." So basically it is an issue on the provider side. You can start the avail process again and try to book but should the CRS return still the same error then the success is dependent on the behaviour of the provider system and their cache.

REC-08004 - No error message for code REC-08004 on ALE

The booking is currently modified or sent to hotel by the provider office and thus cannot be modified or accessed. This is a temporary issue so if you tried e.g. to cancel your booking an received this error it is advised to try again in a little time since the probider incoming office has probably finished modifying the PNR.

THIS VALUATION_FILE_NUMBER HAS ALREADY BEEN USED AND THE BOOKING MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED

This happens when the IBE tries to use the same "valuation_file_number" in two different bookings. It is the consequence of a booking that IBE thinks wasn't confirmed, and when you try to repeat the process using the same Valuation file number, the system returned you this error.

This error happens because while you where in the middle of the booking process the hotelier applied a stop sales for that dates.

This bug sometimes happen when user exceds allowed time which he can spent on booking step. There is no solution for that. May contain additional information "Valuation status unsuccessful. Booking not processed!", meaning that the transaction returned an error during valuation and book request was not sent.

REC-05114. 5.Se ha sobrepasado la release del servicio.. [yyyymmdd]. 321-GR-ALL.Fehler im Buchungsvorgang.

This error is usually caused because the release has been exceeded. The release is the days before at the check in that you should do the booking. In other words the time between booking attempt and checkin date was too short.

Error getting object from pool

This type of error occured in the past after technical problems at HotelBeds

There is no sufficient space in the service for all the passengers

If the vacancies is over for a room and the other booking is in the middle of the process, when it comes to the confirmation step the system returns the errorsr "There is no sufficient space in the service for all the passengers", because it ended a few minutes/seconds before.

VALADIS

[CRS] No availabity [CRS]

This type of error usually means that during the MultiAvail on HotelList page the hotel was available but when trying to book on HotelBook page the hotel was checked again for availability and another person booked in the meantime this hotel room so there is no more space available. This can also happen when the same room type with the same occupancy is requested separately.

[CRS] The request was aborted: The operation has timed out. [CRS]

The error represents a typical "500 Internal Server Error". It means that the VALADIS server had internal problems processing the reservation requests. IMPORTANT: Although the provider server responded with an error, there is NO GUARANTEE that the reservation hasn't been processed in the provider backoffice. That means that the reservation could be ACTIVE so the backoffice of VALADIS has to be checked in order to cancel the reservation manually.

[CRS] The prices are not equals; Error [CRS]

This type of error usually means, that is there difference between price in step "hotel_rates" and booking confirmation. It is caused by dynamic changing prices during process of booking hotel.

[CRS] It is possible that the name of some TAG is not correct or its value is void [at]

This type of error means that XML doesnt contain all required information such as name or surname of pax in correct format. May happen sometimes when hotel changed a category or zone.

GTA

Unable to process request as no live booking exists for supplied reference.

This type of error appears only when BookingGuard is trying to cancel a booking with no reference at the provider backoffice. It means that there was an attempt to make a booking which didn't succeed and no PNR was created in the provider system. At this moment BookingGuard is trying to cancel this non-existing reservation because in our system a reference number for this booking attempt was created but no entry exists in Castor which would tell that the reservation succeeded.

[CRS] Booking failed with GTA status: 'Abgelehnt'. GTA booking Id: 'XXXXXXX', [CRS] Booking failed with GTA status: 'Rejected'. GTA booking Id: 'XXXXXXX'

This error is returned when the hotel rejects the booking because of lack of available rooms for the date/dates selected

[CRS] 0AVL [CRS]

This type of error usually means that during the MultiAvail on HotelList page the hotel was available but when trying to book on HotelBook page the hotel was checked again for availability and another person booked in the meantime this hotel room so there is no more space available. This can also happen when the same room type with the same occupancy is requested separately.

Booking master record not found

No booking record was found in the Backoffice of GTA. Reason for this error is that the reservation has been previously cancelled in the backoffice of the provider. This could have been done either manually by the user directly in the backoffice OR the PNR was automatically cancelled by Booking Guard due to an error in the booking process (which should have been returned by provider and be visible in Booking Guard) OR there was an error during the booking process which did not result in the creation of a PNR in the backoffice thus the reservation cannot be cancelled because there is no record to be cancelled.

[CRS] Number of pax is invalid

This error occurs when user tries to make reservation for more than 9 persons. In response from GTA we can see information: [CDATA[The maximum number of passengers allowed is 9.]]

The error in the past occured during technical issues on GTA's side

[CRS] failed with GTA status:'Bestätigung wird erwartet'

What may have happened is that the room you wanted to book was taken by somebody else in the time that passed between when you received our SearchHotelPriceResponse and when you sent us the AddBookingRequest. CHECK THE BOOKING IN THE BACKOFFICE! In old way of processing, Booking Guard should cancel them, in new way of processing - you must send mail information with cancel request.

This error could easily appear for any provider and was already registered for some booking requests to GTA and Hotelbeds. When the connection is forcibly closed, the remote server actively refuses connecting which occurs i.e. during maintenance times. Basically the provider is maintenancing his servers and doesn't allow to book during this period.
